The Terms and Conditions below need to be read carefully before the purchase or use of this product. By purchasing or the use of this product, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Product license: With the purchase of this digital master resell rights product for changing courses, you will be granted a non-exclusive license for the product to be resold to others with master resell rights. You are granted the right to sell the product as many times as you wish and keep 100% of the profit.

Limitations: You are not allowed to modify or alter the product in any way, shape, or form. However, branding your sales process to be your own and claiming ownership over the product and sales process is allowed.

Warranties: The purchased product is provided to you “as is” without warranty or guarantees. The seller makes no warranties, express or implied, concerning the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights in all of this product, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the sole property of the seller.

Termination: The seller of this product will never terminate this agreement. Once the digital product is purchased it will forever be in possession of the purchaser for resale as long as the purchaser stays in compliance with the distribution rights. If the distribution rights agreement is broken by the purchaser, the digital product access will be restricted.

Refunds: The sale of this product is FINAL. Refunds will not be granted for any reason since downloadable content is included with this product.

Liability: Sellers shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement. By the purchase or use of this digital master resell rights product for Changing Courses, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set fourth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not purchase or use this product.
